Seek & Find
Here at Forager Brewery, we do it every day. Um, forage, that is. From the fresh ingredients in our beer and food, to the building and its unique salvaged decor!
Our Head Brewer, Austin Jevne, has lost more than one set of keys out in the woods picking berries for sours and mashups (for real). While the rest of the brew crew, Zack, Paul, and TJ, are not good at finding lost keys they excel at creating sublime beer. Together these four hardworking and brilliant, super talented guys create and brew over 30,000 gallons of yummy beer every year.
Our chefs routinely visit local farms and take full advantage of local, seasonal produce, just like Grandma (sans tattoos and fly kicks) used in her kitchen. The menu is frequently changing to incorporate these fresh ingredients so we invite you to visit us as much as possible 😉
We believe in inspiring creativity, fostering a relaxing atmosphere, and bringing this wonderful community together! We have partnered with several amazingly talented (locally) owned businesses and farmers throughout the past 3 years and look forward to partnering with many more in the years to come!
Just inside the front entrance of Forager you’ll find Fiddlehead Coffee Co — a specialty coffee shop with “the best darn beans in the world and a heart for community and habitat restoration.” The Root Cellar, just to the right of the coffee shop, offers a mix of “do-it-yourself urban homesteading kits, supplies and gifts.” Throughout the entire building, you will enjoy fabulous local artwork (for sale) curated by Gallery 24 .
