Our versatile, wood-fired oven sits directly behind the bar in our Taproom. Assembled around a central duct from masonry parts, its dome-like structure’s ability to retain heat allows us to cook a pizza in just a few minutes. With our large commercial oven, we can cook approximately 100 pizzas per hour.
