Barleywine $55+tax

This blend of two large-format English-style barleywine barrels was aged in 14 year old George Dickel barrels for 31 months. We selected a range of vanilla beans from Uganda, Congo, Ecuador, Sri Lanka, and Vanuatu to complement and enhance the deep character of our base barleywine. These beans brought out layers of rich caramel, dark chocolate, figs, prunes, and raisins, along with notes of nutmeg, dried apricot, cherry, warm spices, and a subtle touch of floral earth. Over time, these flavors unfold in a slow, evolving ware, revealing the complexity and depth of this unique creation.

 

Double Barrel Maple Nillerzzzzz - Vintage 2025

Double Imperial Stout $70+tax

This beer began during a global pandemic and ends when you finish your bottle.  Small-format barrels that once held Amish maple syrup were filled with Double Stout.  We blended those barrels into one that had been used to make vanilla extract by our close partner in the vanilla crime, Ted Jones (Vanillas of the World). The second thread came when we blended small - format barrels that held stout brewed with maple sap - before a double barrel treatment - into house-aged maple syrup barrels.  Then the vanilla.  Massive amounts of vanilla front two islands in Indonesia and the island of Comoros were added.  To top it off, we added more house barrel-aged maple syrup for good measure.  It's one of the wildest concoctions we've ever come up with here at our precious little brewpub.  Fifty-four months in the making, this beer shines a bright light of oily darkness into an unknown future.  Drink it now, or place it in a time capsule for the future generations to discover.  

 

Nillerzzzzz Blend 2025 - Vintage 2025

Double Imperial Stout $55+tax

Our 8th blend in the ongoing quest to explore on of the world's most exciting spices - vanilla - is led by a mix of barrels from Buffalo Trace, Elijah Craig, and Rock Filter, ranging in age from 24-31 months.  Eight growling regions contributed to this delicate yet massive beer; Comoros, Hawaii, Kenya, Cook Islands, Taiwan, Thailand, Brazil, and Uganda. Together, these beans lend an intricate array of flavors; chocolate, toasted marshmallow, honey, mocha, butterscotch, caramel, woody spice, salted raisins, balsamic-soaked sultanas, cotton candy, and anise.  Thank you for joining us on this quest through the world of vanilla.
