The following barrel-aged brews will be available for purchase online and in-person starting at 11am CST this Saturday. If purchasing online, you must pick up the bottles before 10pm on Sunday evening. Proxies are allowed—please put your proxy in the checkout field. There might be some special items for those that choose to purchase IRL
Barrel-Aged Bangkok
Barrel-Aged Coffee Stout 14.6% ABV
750ml Bottle $55+tax
This rich, roasted Barrel-Aged Double Coffee Stout is inspired by a Thai spiced latte. We blended 2 barrels, which have graciously aged for 48 months, and blended it with a younger 20 month barrel. We then conditioned this ancient stout on toasted coconut, Peruvian coffee beans, various regions of vanilla bean caviar, Thai spices and chillies, and cocoa nibs from Bolivia.

Barrel-Aged American Double Stout 15% ABV

This collaboration with our friend Corey from 3 Sons Brewing was blended from one large format Blanton's barrel and a 30 gallon Stone’s Throw bourbon barrel from Rock Filter. Aged for 29 months, this barrel-aged delight is ready to be savored by your taste buds.

This unique blend consists of five of our Barleywine recipes, each aged in different barrels.
Tetrachromacy
Barrel-Aged Double Stout 14.3% ABV

We combined five barrels to create this unique American Double Stout: two large format barrels - one 28-month Buffalo Trace barrel of maple oat milk porter and one 19-month Heaven Hill double stout. We also included three small format 21-month Rock Filter double mash Syzurpa barrels.
